Terms of Service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services between David Forster (hereinafter "Provider") and the customers (hereinafter "Customer").

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract may be consulting services, development services, or the use of software applications (apps).

3. Services for Apps

For applications obtained via App Stores, the terms of use of the respective App Store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) apply additionally.
